Shipping and handling

We ship physical curriculum using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include a $6 handling fee charged once per order. Your shipping total and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

Order processing and delivery

In-stock orders normally ship in about two days. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is sent by email when your materials have shipped. Check your shipment confirmation email for the tracking link.

Returning printed books

Physical products may be returned within 21 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Materials must arrive in new condition or a refund will not be issued.

To help protect the books, return them in the same style of packaging you received.

Email info@themysteryofscience.com with your order number or proof of purchase for return instructions. If your materials arrive damaged, are defective, or your order is incorrect, contact us so we can help.
